1. Unbox the parts

2. Tighten the double-sided screw on one of the two loose rods and then tighten the other loose rod on top of the other side of the screw.

3. Place the washer over the hole on the bottom of the base.

4. Insert the screw through the washer from the bottom and tighten the complete rod onto the screw with the included Allen wrench.

5. Place the toilet roll holder in the desired location.
